What fees does Wrent charge?

Wrent charges a small 8% service fee on each rental – one of the lowest in the market. This helps us keep the platform running smoothly, support users, and build new features – all while making tool sharing affordable and fair for everyone.

What happens if a tool is damaged during the rental?

If a tool is returned damaged, the Owner can report the issue directly through the app. We’ll guide both parties through a review process and help resolve it fairly. Depending on the situation, Wrent may charge the Renter for repairs or replacement.
